1. What Dopenexa is

Dopenexa is a multi-brand marketplace. We host storefronts for independent designers and shop owners ("Sellers") and let shoppers ("Buyers") discover and buy their products in one checkout. Dopenexa is the marketplace operator — each Seller is responsible for the products they list.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse other users.

3. Orders and payment

All payments are processed by Paystack. When your order includes items from multiple Sellers, payment is automatically split at the point of sale — each Seller receives their share (minus Dopenexa's commission) directly, and Dopenexa never holds your funds beyond the transaction itself. Prices, stock, and discounts are verified server-side at checkout and may differ from a stale page if something changed moments earlier.

4. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Orders can be cancelled by the buyer only while every item in the order is still in the "processing" stage — once a Seller marks any item shipped, cancellation is no longer available and a return/exchange request should be used instead after delivery. Refunds for cancellations and approved returns are processed manually by Dopenexa support rather than automatically, since split payments already sent to Sellers require coordination. 5. Seller obligations

By applying to sell on Dopenexa, you agree to: list only items you own or have the right to sell; describe products, sizing, and stock accurately; ship what a buyer actually paid for within a reasonable time; and honor Dopenexa's commission on every sale routed through the platform. Sellers offering discount codes are responsible for the terms of those codes; Dopenexa's commission is calculated on the discounted price.

Store-type sellers (shops without a personal designer brand, e.g. a shop by a school gate) are held to the same accuracy and fulfilment obligations as designer brands. Misrepresenting your seller type, location, or product origin can result in suspension.

Dopenexa reviews brand applications and may reject, suspend, or remove a Seller at its discretion — including for repeated stalled fulfilment, fraud, counterfeit goods, or buyer complaints escalated through Support.

6. Reviews and ratings

Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with a product or brand. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic, or that reveal another person's private information. Verified-purchase badges are awarded automatically based on order history and can't be purchased or requested.

7. Prohibited use

Don't use Dopenexa to list counterfeit or stolen goods, launder payments, scrape the platform, abuse the affiliate or promotion systems, or interfere with other users' accounts or orders.

8. Liability

Dopenexa facilitates the transaction between Buyer and Seller but is not the manufacturer or owner of Seller-listed goods. To the extent permitted by law, Dopenexa's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of Dopenexa after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
