What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number. If you sell on Dopenexa, we also collect your brand details and bank account information needed to pay you.

What we use it for

To process orders, deliver packages, pay brands, send order updates, and — if you opt in by following a brand — notify you about new drops. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Payments

Card and bank details are processed entirely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Dopenexa never sees or stores your card number.

Who we share with

Brands see only what they need to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, and phone number. Delivery partners receive the same. That's it.

Gift orders

For surprise gifts, we deliberately hide the price from the package and share the sender's name only as they choose to present it in their note.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@dopenexa.com.
