Delivery fees

Flat rate, no surprises: ₦1,500 within Lagos and ₦2,500 to every other state. The exact fee is shown before you pay.

Delivery time

Each brand prepares its own items. Typical delivery is 2–5 working days within Lagos and 3–7 working days elsewhere, from the moment the brand marks your order shipped.

Tracking

Track every order in real time at My Orders — you'll see each brand's progress from processing to shipped to delivered, and we email you the moment your items ship.

Orders from multiple brands

If your order contains items from more than one brand, each brand ships separately. Your tracking page shows each one individually.

Gift orders

Surprise gifts ship with no invoice or price inside the package. If the recipient provides their address via a mystery link, delivery time counts from when they claim it.
